Joel Carnes: Founder, Instructor, Coach
"Believe me, I understand the situation you are facing. I was at a place where my career had lost relevance and meaning, but I didn’t know what to do about it. Bio: Joel has over 20 years of management and executive experience, most recently leading international teams in multimedia production and software/internet development. He has held management positions with some of the premiere companies in the world, including Microsoft, Boeing, Motorola, KPMG/Bearing Point, Transamerica, and Nestle.
Joel has studied personal and professional development with many of the leaders in the field, including authorities from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, the Drucker School of Management in Clairmont, and with his professional hero, Dick Bolles, author of “What Color is Your Parachute?”.
John Fischette: Instructor, Coach
John founded Resolutions Coaching and Consulting as an agent of change for those who are ready and willing to make the commitment to improve their personal and professional lives.
John has been helping companies achieve success for over 20 years. He works with a variety of companies within a vast array of industries. From Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses to large multi-million dollar corporations, John provides his clients with customized solutions using the most effective Sales, Marketing and Operational techniques available.
John increases your bottom line by uncovering hidden assets, discovering overlooked opportunities and maximizing efficiencies.

Stacie Murray: Instructor, Coach
Stacie Murray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Florida and California, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II, a Certified Addiction Professional, an International Drug and Alcohol Counselor, a Certified Health and Wellness Life Coach, and a Consultant, with over 15 years experience working in social services in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
Stacie is the Co-Chair of the HIV Mental Health Task Force in Los Angeles, California.
She maintains a private psychotherapy and life coaching practice in Santa Monica, California, where she empowers adults to create optimal health and balance in their lives.
Stacie's approach assists individuals to remove stumbling blocks that impede them from reaching their healthcare goals.
Keith Miller: Affiliate Instructor, Coach
Keith Miller, is the 2009 President of ICF Los Angeles, a PCC Certified Coach, the Los Angeles Director and Trainer of iPEC Coaching, a NLP Therapist, Mediator and a Certified Energy Leadership Coach. Keith assists his clients to create a successful life story by awakening to the power of choice. Finding true balance and the ability to be in the present moment are at the core of Keith’s coaching style.
Keith has gone through a lifetime of awakening events that have given him the opportunity to embrace his strengths, time and time again. From being on his own and working at the young age of 17, to a heart attack at 36 with a series of necessary surgeries following, to a major car accident a few years later, he has chosen to see these challenges as opportunities. With each opportunity he has allowed himself to experience more clarity about his purpose as a coach. Keith now inspires others to grow and be grateful from each challenging experience as if it was chosen.
Keith sees our past traumatic experiences as gifts as the traumatic experiences unveil strengths. It can also be understood that by using the power of choice purposefully, we can see how we are also at cause (not blame) for all that we experience in our life, past and present. He works with his clients to see that it is in the present where we experience the freedom of choice.
